Position: Registered Mental Health Nurse Location: Chelmsford

Job Description: As a Registered Mental Health Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care to patients with mental health conditions. Your responsibilities will include. The role will be based within a private service in Chelmsford where treatment for varying mental health illnesses is provided.


Conducting thorough patient assessments and developing personalised care plans.
Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Monitoring patients' mental health progress and documenting observations.
Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
Offering emotional support and counselling to patients and their families.
Participating in group therapy sessions and mental health education initiatives.

Valid NMC pin with specialisation in Mental Health Nursing.
Proven experience as a Registered Mental Health Nurse, demonstrating a genuine passion for mental health care.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with patients and colleagues.
Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary setting.
