Sellick Partnership has been engaged to recruit a Finance Project Manager for a growing and dynamic company based in Lancashire. This profitable division is part of a listed and world leading organisation which has gone from strength to strength.



The company has seen significant growth over the past few years and will now be looking to further advance through organic growth as well as via acquisitions. Working very closley with the Finance Operations Director you will take on a number of responsibilities whilst working alongside a supportive team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to gain further experience working in a fast paced, hard-working team environment.

The ideal candidate will be experienced in initiating projects, planning, delegating, managing and risk mitigating.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Quickly create strong relationships with members of the project team
Ability to work with SAP to resource and support all stages of the project
Working with SAP and the finance community to plan any retesting or additional testing items identified throughout the UAT.
Development of training material and planning of delivery to users to support successful User Acceptance Testing.
Meeting with management and colleagues to identify project requirements, delivery timelines and costs.
Developing detailed project plans to guide management, staff members and project teams and revising based on changing needs and requirements.
Monitoring project performance to ensure timely delivery.
Compiling and submitting project status reports to management, and other stakeholders
Working effectively with relevant stakeholders for efficient project implementation.
Developing excellent leadership, customer relations and communication skills to liaise effectively with all project stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be:

Previous ERP Project Management experience
Proficiency in document control and process improvement
Working knowledge of project management software tools such as Microsoft Excel, Smart Sheet and other relevant applications
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
