Our higher education client is currently for a Content Creator, pay £23.30ph, start ASAP, duration 6 months with a possible extension, hours Mon-Fri 35 hours per week, this is a hybrid working role and you will be required to work in the office 1-2 days a week. The location of the office is around London bridge area.

Our client is about to launch a huge new programme of project work and they are looking for a strong comms professional to assist with the following;

Creating "stories" based on the programme's updates, maintaining the university's brand guidelines, tone of voice and house style.
Liaising with external agencies to develop and implement branding specific to the programme in question; creating brand and style guidelines in accordance with this, for use by wider team.
In addition to written content, creating videos, GIFs and posters to supplement the programme brand.
Building positive working relationships with the Service Team (responsible for Change Management) and the programme's key stakeholders in order to understand and absorb the essence of the programme and create relevant, fully aligned content.
Developing and maintaining the programme Sharepoint site (fluency with Sharepoint would be an absolute must).
Posting on a range of channels in order to maximise reach, e.g. Sharepoint, Viva Engage, blog, etc.
Independently managing and maintaining the pace/regularity of updates, based on user engagement experience in similar or comparable roles.
Evaluating and reporting on communications and engagement - the role holder will be expected to implement ways of measuring engagement rates, to escalate concerns and proactively work to maintain/increase engagement where appropriate.
