Customer Service Inbound x4 Vacancies

⦁ £10.42 per hour

Do you have lots of patience, empathy and an ability to instil calm and reassurance? Are you looking for job satisfaction and a busy challenging environment?
You will need very good verbal and written skills. You will be dealing with inbound calls only, from people who are requiring prescriptions. You will need to have good listening skills, be able to take down information correctly, and be able to listen carefully to the person relaying the information.
Sometimes you will be dealing with emergency requirements and attention to detail at all times is essential. You will also be required on occasion to order medical equipment that a designated courier will deliver direct to the client. If you have knowledge of medical or pharmacy terminology this will be advantageous but is not essential.
This role is looking for a quick start, is temp to perm and offers a competitive salary, a bonus scheme and a performance related bonus scheme, is based in Havant and has both good bus and train connections.
