The role

* Working with a team of 4 across an asphalt plant, concrete plant, and recycling plant

* Batching concrete and asphalt

* Operating the weighbridge

* Operating the loading shovel

* General site maintenance

* Mon- Fri 6am to 5pm, every other Sat AM, and Sun/ Nights when required

What you need

* A positive attitude to work and keen to learn & develop

* Flexibility in terms of hours, days, and responsibilities

* A loading shovel licence would be beneficial

* Any experience of concrete, cement, asphalt, aggregates etc, would be beneficial

* Experience of working in an environment where H&S is paramount
