We are seeking a Bilingual Governance Administration Officer to work closely with the Senior Governance officers team for a reputable organisation, in a role where you will be facilitating the smooth operation of governance matters, from coordinating and managing Board & Committee meetings to serving as a crucial liaison with board members.

In the Bilingual Governance Administration Officer role, you will be:

Developing, implementing, and reviewing governance policies, procedures, and frameworks to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and legislation
Ensuring that all information on the governance software is up to date and correct including the filing of final records, attendance registers and the library of corporate policies and documents
Ensuring that reports and meeting minutes from the Board and its Committees are up to date and available to access on all internal systems
Assisting with the implementation of the Audit Plan by arranging staff liaison meetings with the internal auditors and following up with any administrative tasks
Dealing with the collection and administration of GDPR information request requests
To be considered for the Bilingual Governance Administration Officer role, you will need:

Strong advanced administration experience skills 
Knowledge and understanding of social housing or relevant experience in a similar context
Experience of working effectively within guidelines/procedures while keeping information confidential
Proven experience in offering guidance/support and taking meeting minutes
Strong organisational and prioritisation skills with meticulous attention to detail
IT skills including typing, Microsoft packages, Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel & PowerPoint
Excellent communication through the medium Welsh and English (written & verbal)
This is a temporary, full time position working Monday - Friday for approximately 10 months. Offering a payrate of £12.95 per hour plus holiday pay. The role will offer a hybrid working basis allowing you to work from home as well as utilising one of the organisations offices around Bangor & Caernarfon
