Production Team Leader, Sturminster Newton, £12.50ph

As a Production Team Leader, you'll organise specific areas of production ensuring efficiency and the effective operation of the production line. Your attention to detail and proactive organisation skills will ensure that each customer receives their order promptly and accurately. Rubicon's client is looking for someone to demonstrate their readiness to take the next step towards a permanent Team Leader position.

Shifts: Monday - Thursday from 6am to 5pm.

As Production Team Leader, you'll be responsible for:

Overseeing the production area, encourage and motivate the fellow employees.
Take all the necessary steps to ensure all the employees comply with all instructions, directions, company rules, guidelines.
Building products to a high quality and consistent standard using hand and power tools
Assisting with other areas of production (inspecting, testing, finishing, installing)
