Internal Building Works 💡 What You'll Do: As an On-Site Health and Safety Advisor/Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the safety of our project personnel, the environment, and the community at large. Your responsibilities will include:

Conducting thorough safety inspections and audits
Identifying and assessing potential hazards
Developing and implementing safety protocols and procedures
Providing guidance and training to project teams
Investigating incidents and near-misses
Collaborating with site managers and engineers to ensure compliance with safety standards
Continuously improving safety culture and practices MUST HAVE

Construction experience
3 years HSE experience specific to this role
