The Role

Duties of the Residential Land Surveyor can include, but not limited to: 

A broad portfolio of land acquisitions, land sales, regeneration sites, strategic land , affordable housing package deals
S106 advise. 
Dealing directly with clients offering advise and supportThis is a great opportunity for a focused and ambitious Under/Graduate keen to learn the best techniques from a team with some of the best experience in the market.

Required Skills
You will need to be able to work as part of a team
Ambitious and goal focused
Good placement experience
Relevant planning degree who is looking to achieve full RTPI or RICS accreditation
