Role: Sales Development Representative
Salary: £25,000/yr plus £6,000 OTE
Job Location: Chorley

About the role

We’re on the hunt for a Sales Development Representative to join our high-performing sales team. In this role, there is no requirement for closing any sales, your strength will be in positively selling Elite Group and its capability to customers / and prospects to gain a qualified appointment. A day in the life of a Sales Development Representative at Elite looks a little like this:

* Reaching out to new prospects via cold-calling and email, from a list of website visitors and win back campaigns to generate qualified leads.
* Building, managing and maintaining a pipeline of prospects moving them through the sales funnel.
* Setting up meetings and/or calls between prospective customers our Sales consultancy Team.
* Achieving a set target of weekly and monthly outbound calls to generate leads and appointments.
* Representing our company’s products and services, starting with a comprehensive understanding and leading to consumer research to identify how our solutions meet needs.

Role requirements

* Previous experience within a lead generation role and working towards KPIs successfully.
* Experience in cold calling.
* 12 months+ lead generation experience.
* A natural connector who enjoys building relationships.
* Product knowledge in telecoms and/or technology.
* A desire to work in a KPI and target-driven environment.

The nitty-gritty

This is a full-time position based in our Chorley office, and we work on a hybrid basis. You must be able to work from the Chorley office 3 days each week – Monday, Wednesday & Friday. Tuesdays & Thursdays will be WFH days. This is a permanent role which gives you the chance to positively impact our tech company and help us continue our growth.
