Our financial services client based in West Bristol are recruiting for a Administrator to join their team of Financial Advisors on a permanent, full-time basis.

Starting salary - £23,000 - £28,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Office-based role with parking on site
Hours: 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 4.30pm (would also consider part time hours, 3 days per week)
A friendly and supportive team in an open plan office with training and progression opportunities

This is a great opportunity if you have an interest in a career in Financial Services, specifically within Financial Planning and Consultancy. 

Key Duties for the Financial Services Administrator:
Preparing relevant paperwork for client meetings
Submitting online applications
Answering the phone and be able to deal with client questions in a timely manner.
Collating research for recommendation.
Using quotation systems for Mortgage, Protection, Investment products.
Provide template suitability letters for the adviser to complete.
Maintain and update information held on the company's system.
Sending client authorities to providers and chasing the required information
Liaise with clients and providers
O&M Research
Buy / Sell upon client / adviser instruction
Checking cash balance reports
Handling of Deaths - Wills/Executors etc
Producing MI reports as requested by the adviser
Skills and Attributes Required for the Financial Services Administrator:
Experience in Administration
Experience in a Financial Services role, ideally with a relevant qualification
Excellent standard of written & verbal communication.
Highly organised with good attention to detail
Ability to empathise and build strong business relationships
Possess the ability to work using your own initiative, must have a can-do attitude and be solution focused.
Ability to manage own time and workload
Good computer knowledge and skills, must be comfortable with Microsoft word, Excel and Intelligent Office
