Job title: Multiskilled Shift Engineer

Location: Static Site located in Wandsworth (South London)

Terms: Permanent contract, Continental Shift Pattern, 12-hour shifts

Salary/rate: Salary is paying up to £50,000 depending on qualifications and experience

Requirements:
Electrical Qualifications needed consist of the below -

* NVQ Electrical Level 3
* City & Guilds level 3 Electrical
* 18th Edition
* JIB Gold Card - Desired
* AM1 OR AM2
* HVAP - Desired

About the role:
We are looking to take on board a strong Shift Engineer to be based on a High-End Critical site in Wandsworth. We are looking for a reliable and hard-working Engineer to carry out duties to the highest standard.

Responsibilities: * You will be part of a large team on a High-End Critical site.
* You will be working in a critical environment so experience on UPS Systems & Generators is key.
* You will be responsible for all of the following PPM tasks:
Emergency lighting, Fire alarms, UPS generators, Boilers & Chillers, Lighting, PAT testing, FCUs, AHUs.

Candidate requirements:

* The ideal candidate is client facing (job activities that involve direct interaction or contact with a client or customer)
* The ideal candidate has bundles of experience working as a electrical shift engineer and within the facilities maintenance industry
* Strong building services background
* At least three years' experience in FM industry
