Head of Leisure Travel (Luxury), £45-60k + bonus, London (hybrid). This is a newly created role suited to an experienced luxury travel professional who will play both a hands on and strategic role in growing the business.

Head of Leisure Travel Responsibilities

Growing and developing a team of luxury travel consultants
Optimise conversion of sales by prioritising leads and ensuring the team have the skills necessary.
Set out and implement best practice when it comes to processes, procedures and ways of working.
Identify and capture new business opportunities including partnerships
In the early stages of this role you will also be hands on speaking to customers, managing enquiries and putting together bespoke, luxury itineraries for clients then as the team grows will become more hands off.
Head of Leisure Travel Skills Required

Proven experience in the luxury / high end travel industry
Knowledge of best practice standards and processes in sales and customer service
Experience developing and building a high-performing team
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Willing and able to be hands on, speaking to customers and creating unique, luxury holidays
Head of Leisure Travel Additional Details

A basic salary in the region of £45,000 - £60,000 + competitive bonus/commission structure
Hybrid working (3 days per week from a Central London office) following initial training during which time you would need to be mainly office based. Don't keep a good thing to yourself
