Furniture Coordinator - General responsibility
Provide furniture quotes to Clients and oversee the process of furniture from order to installation.
Specific responsibilities
* Produce and update furniture cost plans using Excel by carrying out detailed take-offs
* Provide detailed furniture specification and highly technical expertise to support the salesperson and designer
* Find and collate high quality images that reflect and represent the design and cost plans
* Generate and coordinate accurate and correct cost plans, taking direction from the Head of Furniture or Furniture Consultant and meeting the agreed deadline
* Liaise with manufacturers to ensure fully detailed quotations are obtained ready to place orders against
* Produce finishes schedules which match the furniture proposals
* Place orders using the inhouse order processing system with relevant manufacturers ensuring that acknowledgments are checked and correct to match the signed off contract
* Project manage the purchasing to ensure all orders are placed and checked, revise POs when differences are spotted
* Produce installation documentation and delivery schedules for each project to support the Furniture Project Manager and Installation Team
* Comply with all company policies and procedures that relate to anti-bribery, quality, environment and health and safety
Skills / Experience required
* Technically informed on all furniture products
* Amazing attention to detail and a whatever it takes attitude to workload
* 3+ years in a similar role

LOCATION: London, SE1 0HR
JOB TYPE: Full-Time, Permanent, office-based role, no hybrid working

The company does not have a fixed salary scale and will pay an appropriate and fair salary based on experience and abilities
