A successful school in Bridgwater require an experienced Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 Teacher. The school has a strong ethos, putting excellent teaching at the heart of all it does. The school is well-resourced and easily accessible by car and public transport. This role is due to start in September 2023.

Responsibilities and duties:
-Working collaboratively with other teaching staff to ensure planning and resources are effective
-Delivery of teaching that meets Ofsted criteria for outstanding lessons
-Maintaining assessment of pupils by following the school marking policy
-Adapting teaching to ensure differentiation is present in all lessons
-Implement behaviour management that promotes positive behaviour
-Establishing good communication with parents regarding pupil progress

Essential Criteria:
-2 years' worth of references, 1 has to be working with children or vulnerable adults (needs to be recent and this could be paid or volunteer work).
-PGCE qualification with QTS.
-A relevant DBS/Police checks.
-Able to work between 08.30-15.30, 5 days a week.

The minimum hourly rate of pay is £20.50 an hour. The day is 7 hours with an unpaid lunch break. Your daily rate of pay would be a minimum of £132.90* but with a potential to earn more.
