We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Commercial Business Development Manager for our client, who has recently added a retail complex to their commercial portfolio. Situated in Aberdeen, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and cultivating partnerships, securing new tenants, and maximizing revenue opportunities for a large shopping centre. This role requires somebody who has a commercial sales mindset, that enjoys networking and meeting with potential and existing customers.

Tenant Acquisition: Identify and attract new retail tenants to increase occupancy rate.
Negotiation: Negotiate lease agreements, rental terms, business rates and incentives with prospective tenants to maximize occupancy rates and profitability.
Market Analysis: Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to identify potential opportunities and threats, and develop strategies accordingly.
Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential tenants, local businesses, and key stakeholders to foster collaboration and partnership opportunities.Qualifications:
Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field (desirable).
Proven experience in commercial leasing, key account management, business development, or related roles within the retail or real estate industry (required).
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to analyze market trends and data to make informed business decisions.
Exceptional networking and relationship-building capabilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.Benefits:
