EDI Recruitment Services are Seeking a HR Manager for a 12 Month Period

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our client's organisation for a 12 month period. The successful candidate must have experience in an operational HR role, covering employee relations, recruitment and selection, and be well versed in the implementation of policies and procedures.

Job Responsibilities:

* Providing support on all operational HR activities

* Maintaining accurate employee records

* Improving processes and policies in support of organisational goals

* Building relationships with staff and management teams across different departments

* Managing the recruitment and selection process

* Advising on employee relations issues

* Assisting in the implementation of new HR initiatives

Requirements:

* CIPD qualification, minimum of Level 5

* Previous experience in a similar role

* Proven track record in the efficient management of staff

* Ability to maintain robust procedures and systems

* Excellent problem solving skills

* Excellent attention to detail

* Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office
