Principal Sustainability Consultant (Whole Life Carbon)

Basic up to £50,000 depending on experience

Our client is a leading provider of building performance and environmental services to the construction sector. Covering the whole of the UK, they support organisations throughout the planning, technical design and construction process working with top 50 Main Contractors, developers, architects and consultants.

Our client is looking for a driven and passionate Principal Sustainability Consultant to lead their expanding cycle assessment and consultancy team, working to deliver the best sustainable outcomes for their clients.

This role will provide the successful applicant with a significant opportunity to lead and grow key services and skills within our business, with autonomy to mentor and develop the growing team across Whole Life assessments and consultancy.

You will have experience of delivery of Whole Life Carbon assessments across London Plan schemes, single buildings and entire building portfolios. Specific experience is required within:

Carbon Impact Assessments

Circular Economy Statements

Life Cycle Costing

The role will be home based role. Full and part time hours considered with a competitive salary dependent on experience.
