We are on the hunt for a sales professional with managerial experience. In this role, you will be managing a vibrant, enthusiastic, and friendly sales team to achieve and exceed their goals!

Your overall aim 

To maximise sales potential. How? By leading the ever-growing sales team, coaching and developing them through conducting monthly 121’s, sales & product training, call monitoring, creating and running sales incentives & more. You would also support management by implementing new sales tools and strategies, monthly sales meetings, and reporting on figures/KPIs. Reporting directly to the Telesales Manager, you will be an essential link between the sales team and top management, providing critical insights and strategic recommendations.

Salary: £25k (OTE £38k)

Location: Erith
