Responsibilities and requirements of a Room Leader:

* Leadership: Providing strong leadership to the team, guiding and supporting fellow practitioners to create a positive and engaging learning environment

* Child Development: Observing and assessing children’s progress, identifying individual learning needs and tailoring activities to support their development

* Health and Safety: Maintaining a safe and secure environment for all children, adhering to safeguarding regulations

* Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records and report on each child’s progress and activities
