What we’re looking for in a Nightclub Manager:
We are looking for a passionate, driven General / Nightclub Manager to take the business forward. You must be entrepreneurial & hard working with an eye for detail to maintain meticulously high standards. The ideal applicant must have previous experience in a similar high-volume unit & be able to demonstrate a proven track record in the following areas;
• Recruiting, training & supervising staff
• Managing budgets
• Maintaining statistical & financial records
• Planning maintenance work, events & bookings
• Handling customer complaints & queries
• Promoting & marketing the business
• Ensuring compliance with health & safety legislation & licensing laws
Applicants must hold a Scottish Personal Licence & a full UK driving licence is advantageous although not essential.
