We are very keen to speak with candidates from a manufacturing background, you will have Team Leader/Supervisory skills and Production planning/performance experience

You will be an integral part of the performance management team.  This role offers variety, so if you like to spin many plates, this role will be of interest to you!!

Day to day to day supervision
Planning of the production team 50+
Ensuring parts are produced on time, first time
Ensuring required quality standard is met
All health and safety requirements.
Please Note: You must be able to work a 2 shift pattern, working 8.5hr shifts across Mornings, and Afternoons

In your new role as a Performance Supervisor:

Responsibilities and Duties

Awareness of all Health and Safety regulations/recommendations and all Company Health and Safety regulations/recommendations applicable within the area.
Lead, direct and focus the efforts of the team whereby product is manufactured effectively and efficiently to meet the requirements of internal/external customer, whilst ensuring departmental and business targets are attained.
Ensuring the quality of manufactured product meets drawing specification and is handled / manufacred correctly to negate the need for any additional unplanned operations.
Have awareness of quality standards/procedures and ensure these are followed.
Identify and implement countermeasures when deviations to plans occur in a timely manner.
Reporting on departmental achievements in an accurate and concise manner to Performance Management.
Maintaining an organised work-area whereby set-up time is minimised, and the department is consistently in a clean and tidy state

Supervising Team-Members to ensure high-activity and efficiency levels are maintained.
Engaging and motivating Team-Members through positive, effective, and timely communication.
Dealing with poor performance in a timely manner, with an appropriate style and response to ensure performance improvement.

In return

Salary depending on experience £27,000- £34,000 plus a shift allowance

33 days Holiday, inclusive of Bank Holidays
