Flourish Education are recruiting a Teaching Assistant to work with a Primary school near Aston to join their EYFS team.

Responsibilities in this role will include providing support to the teacher, preparing the classroom ahead of lessons and interventions and small groups. The role will also require someone who is flexible to work with a full class, SEN children and provide personal care where needed.

This Teaching Assistant role is to start in September 2023 and will continue until the end of the academic year. The position is full time and the working hours are 08:30 am-15:30pm.

Required Skills and Experience for this Teaching Assistant role:

Minimum Level 3 Qualification
Experience in EYFS
Effectively manage the behaviour and engagement of the child
Provide an engaging learning environment
Work closely with the class teacher
