THE COMPANY:
Our client is a professional consultancy company who are seeking a Senior Governance Administrator to join their team in London.

THE ROLE:

Reviewing documents to ensure accuracy and consistency and act as a quality gatekeeper
Actively manage and prepare meetings and documentation
Manage multiple committee meetings, memberships and attendees
Build and maintain strong client relationships with the Independent Chairs of the committees, the Data Communications Company and industry stakeholders
Improve the team processes and ensure the team meet the service levels within a timeframe
 
THE PERSON:

Excellent planning and organisational abilities
Excels in communication skills, both written and verbal
Able to plan and improve existing processes  
Experience in UK Smart Metering or Governance is desirable
