DESCRIPTION

Due to our rapid and exciting growth we are urgently recruiting Homecare support workers within Hull and East Riding Area.

You need to be passionate about working in a person-centred way with adults who have variety of needs and who require various levels of support. You will be supporting people to live in their own homes and/or their family homes to achieve and improve their quality of life.

WORKING HOURS

* 1 ½ hour and longer calls throughout the day 7 days a week

* Set rotas can be agreed depending on your availability

DESIRABLE

* Full UK driving license.

* Access to own vehicle

* Care certificate

* NVQ level 2 (or equivalent)

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE

* Experience in Care/Support role (preferable)

* Compassionate and empathetic

* The ability to communicate clearly and sensitively with vulnerable people and their families.

* Competent IT skills

* An interest in people and a commitment to helping others.
