O'Neill and Brennan are assisting a medium sized, high end developer They specialise in residentialdevelopments and have delivered successful projects across London. They are now looking to recruit a Project Manager for their £80 million RC frame residential development in the Hertfordshire area

You will be the No1 on the development overseeing delivery, commercial, technical and design teams. The development consists of 2 RC frame blocks, with commercial space and circa 200 apartments.

Your day-to-day duties will include overseeing all aspects of delivery and ensuring the project runs to speed and programme, attending progress meetings and reporting back to your Operations Director. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record at Project Manager level. working directly with a main contractor or developer.
