Are you a Maintenance Manager with a background in Manufacturing, Recycling or Engineering? Are you looking for a new, long term position where you will play a vital role in setting up a new division for one of the UK's largest manufacturing groups? Are you looking for a role that will present multiple progression routes within an organisation going through a rapid expansion period?

Due to continued growth and setting up a new manufacturing facility, my client is looking for a maintenance engineering manager to join and manage the team working out of their state of the art facility near Grimsby. The successful applicant will building and managing a team of 4 maintenance / shift engineers, managing all machinery and stock maintenance to ensure the facility is running to maximum efficiency, keeping costs to a minimum. You will plan, execute and manage all installation and repair activities within the plant, organising man power and budgets.

This is a key role within a leading plastics manufacturing and recycling organisation who operate UK wide with each site specialising in their own products and services. The company have a range of global clients and customers and are continuing to win on new, large contracts which has contributed to them increasing their headcount by 40% in the past 18 months. Once the successful applicant is appointed and has grown this 30,000+ square foot facility with full support of the HR Manager, Engineering team and Directors, a tenth facility is to be opened in 2024!
