Do you have strong purchasing experience with great administration skills? Then I have the perfect role for you! I am recruiting on behalf of a fantastic manufacturing client based in Ipswich. The perfect candidate will be working within a busy team, and will require experience within a similar role.
Salary and package:
Permanent, full-time role - hybrid working available
Salary: £28,040 + excellent bonus (OTE of over £33,000)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Shifts: Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00
Joining bonus of £500

Preparing quotations, invoicing, processing sales, data input
Customer liaison; warehouse and haulage contractors to organise deliveries, inter company communications, reception - telephone support
Direct liaison with suppliers
Checking and monitoring stock levels and control accordingly
schedule and organise deliveries
General admin dutiesKey skills and experience:
Sound administration experience
Order processing experience
Previous knowledge of logistics/transport coordination
Ability to provide accurate quotations
Excellent communication skills
Accuracy, working to deadlines, experience of working within a fast paced environment
