Job Description

Co-Ordinate materials for production workflow.
Determine raw materials and components needed to cover production demand(s).
Address issues and obtain production output information (no of units and defectives).
Maintain relevant reporting systems and define action plan(s) to help drive efficiencies and cost savings.
Represent the Company to suppliers, customers, and others in a professional and courteous manner.
Monitor and ensure accuracies in systems and key data.
Create and manage demand forecast to ascertain machine production/purchase.
Ensure correct item data (e.g., supplier lead times, MOQ, Reorder level, etc) in SAP to accurately run MRP for purchasing.

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications

Proven experience as a production planner.
Good knowledge of production planning and quality control principles
Experience in MRP.
Good knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems (ideally SAP).
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
