Job Title: Business Development Manager
Location: Essex but field based
Reporting to: Sales Director
Territory: South East England

They are located strategically located in Gloucestershire to enable a nationwide distribution hub for stockists around the UK.

This role is to be based across Essex and the South East of England.

With a specialised team covering the UK, the boast a huge stockist network covering all areas allowing our contractors to get the materials when required.

Key Function

Developing professional business relationships and generating financial sales within the assigned territory, the aim is to create new customer bases, to establish business relationships with distributors, specialist contractors, applicators, specifiers, and any other customer that seems appropriate in representing PRB Systems as a specialist render solutions provider. To execute all tasks necessary in the process of generating new sales, effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Market research and identification of new markets

Communication with present and potential customers must be developed, implemented,
and maintained

Provide customers and enquirers with a comprehensive range of technical assistance

Prepare regional sales plan and execute effectively

Generate sales of company products and services

Undertake site visits and inspections and prepare specifications

Professionally handle customer complaints and offer solutions

Deliver presentations such as CPDs and seminars information to a range of customer
groups within the construction industry

Have a commercial outlook and be willing to be accountable for actions and results
Assist in continual research and development
