We are currently recruiting on behalf of a forward-thinking IT & Digital Training Provider for a Digital Marketing Tutor.

Job Purpose

The role of the Tutor is to tutor / assess, guide and mentor learners enrolled onto the Digital Marketing programme to ensure their timely completion of their online programs. Your overall responsibility is to tutor and assess learners to becoming industry leading through imparting your expert knowledge and experience upon learners at the beginning of their IT careers.

Job Role:

* To train, guide and mentor learners enrolled onto the Digital Marketer online programmes and to ensure their timely progress.

* Your overall responsibility is to guide support learners in your caseload to becoming industry leading marketers through imparting your expert knowledge and experience.

* You will also be accountable for making reasonable adjustments to meet the individual needs of learners across a wide variety of provisions.

* Mark/assess learners’ work, provide structured feedback and set and agree development objectives with all key stakeholders.

* Accurately track progress of all learners and effectively risk band their timely progress and achievement using additional learner support funds and tools, where necessary, to ensure learners are not disadvantaged.

* Manage the safe evacuation of students in the event of fire or other emergency, following agreed company procedures and ensure that health and safety procedures are always followed.

* Deliver engaging online sessions that support and keep your learners motivated.

* Manage your online delivery session in accordance with company and quality polices.

Experience Required

* Minimum of 3 years’ experience of work in a marketing / digital marketing / content producer environment

* Experience of training/assessing in a professional environment

* A recognised teaching qualification (minimum Level 4 Award in Education and Training)

* To hold a Digital Marketing qualification at L4 or above.

* To hold (or pass) an Enhanced CRB check

* Time management and working to deadlines

* Pastoral welfare of young people and colleagues

* Outstanding organisational and time management skills

This is a homebase role with ocassional travel throughout the year.
