Service: 80 bedded Nursing Home (Nursing and dementia)
Salary: £20.76p/h - £51,816.96 per annum dependent on experience + paid breaks
Hours: Full time or Part time

Induction/Training and Development :
The Care Home offers a structured and thorough induction programme for their Registered Nurse's, which will include various training courses and shadow shifts of a minimum of 2 weeks to 6 weeks before nurses get started. Registered Nurse's ( RGN / RMN / RNLD ) will also have access to clear and structured development programmes where nurses can see clear pathways to progression within the Care Home.
Registered Nurses ( RGN / RMN / RNLD ) will also have access to training opportunities to develop and enhance your nursing skills with ongoing support from the manager. Training and development are one of the major ethos' of the Care Home. There are no limits to training and development as the Care Home will fund any training course you would like throughout the year.
Newly Qualified Nurse: As a newly qualified nurse you will transition to working as a registered nurse with us. It's a varied role and you will be expected to develop care plans, provide medicine safely, support the care team and deliver nursing care to our residents. Working alongside a nurse mentor through a six month preceptorship you will learn to understand and manage the complexities of the many clinical and psychological factors that affect the health and well-being of our elderly residents, whilst also supporting their families
