Your Role:
As a Programme Manager, you'll drive our AI revolution, working closely with our Global Head of AI. You'll coordinate multiple workstreams, collaborate with internal teams and external partners, and ensure the successful delivery of AI solutions.

What You'll Do:

Plan and oversee AI workstreams, aligning resources, budgets, and timelines.
Engage stakeholders, communicate effectively, and manage expectations.
Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring project quality and progress.
Develop evaluation protocols and reporting for program effectiveness.
Manage vendor relationships and risk mitigation strategies.
Guide change management activities and support upskilling efforts.
Stay updated on AI trends and contribute to our knowledge sharing.
You Bring:

Accredited program and project management qualifications.
5+ years of related experience, with strategic planning skills.
Change management expertise for smooth AI integration.
Understanding of legal services and AI principles.
Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
Collaborative spirit for cross-functional teamwork.
Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
Proficiency in risk assessment, budgeting, and cost control.
Nice to Have:

Knowledge of LLM (large language models) / Generative AI
Agile project experience or legal/business background.
Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps, PowerBI.
