Our client, an award-winning business, with enviable credentials, benefits, and career progression opportunities, is looking for a Customer Service Advisor to start in January. This is a full-time role working standard office hours with very occasional weekend work. Based in friendly and high specification offices in Stroud with some homeworking on offer, the individual will be making a mixture of inbound and outbound calls and will take ownership of individual enquiries from start to finish. Using an in-house database, the Customer Service Advisor will be asking probing questions to ensure they are resolving customer queries in a timely and efficient manner and escalating to more senior members of the team where necessary.

Take ownership of customer queries
Make both inbound and outbound calls
