I am seeking a Registered Manager to join a leading care provider with a great reputation. This exciting opportunity will be based in a stunning BRAND NEW large home situated in Leeds, West Yorkshire which specialises in providing support for adults living with complex mental health needs, neuro-disabilities as well as physical disabilities. *A Nursing Qualification and active PIN with no restrictions is essential for this role*

As the Registered Home Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth running of the home, you will be given a great deal of autonomy to do so and will lead by example. The Manager will also hold registration for the home and will ensure CQC compliance standards are always excellent by conducting regular audits and push for continuous improvement daily. There will also be an element of on call for this role.

The ideal candidate for this role will:
* Have experience of leadership and staff supervision over a large team.
* Have management experience ideally within a residential home supporting people with complex needs.
* Have an NVQ in Health & Social Care Level 5, or be working towards this.
* Have a Nursing Qualification with an active NMC pin.

Reporting to the Regional Director this is a full-time role, Monday-Friday, with weekend working as and when required due to the needs of your service. For your hard work you will be rewarded with a generous salary of up to £70,000 per annum and an enhanced annual leave package.
