My client is currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Hospital Administrative Assistant to join our team and contribute to the efficient operation of our department.
You will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and effective functioning of our department. Your administrative skills and commitment to excellence will support the overall mission of our hospital.
Patient Records: Maintain and update patient records accurately and confidentially, ensuring compliance with data protection and hospital policies.
Scheduling: Assist in scheduling patient appointments, meetings, and other departmental activities.
Communication: Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, providing courteous and professional assistance to patients, staff, and visitors.
Documentation: Prepare, proofread, and edit documents, reports, and correspondence as required.
Filing and Organisation: Organise and maintain departmental files, documents, and supplies for easy access and retrieval.
Meeting Coordination: Assist in organising departmental meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and minute-taking.
Billing and Invoicing: Support billing and invoicing processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with hospital financial procedures.
Inventory Management: Monitor and order office supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels.
Quality Assurance: Participate in quality assurance activities to maintain high standards of patient care and service.
Data Entry: Enter data accurately into hospital systems and databases.
Patient Assistance: Provide information and support to patients and their families as needed.
