English Teacher

Twenty 4 Seven are seeking to recruit a number of Subject Teachers with Qualified Teacher Status for work within Medway Towns.

All of our roles are full time (Monday to Friday) Part Time candidates will not be accepted at this time.

Job Description: As an English Teacher at you will play a pivotal role in shaping the academic and personal development of our students. You will create engaging and effective lesson plans, cultivate a positive and inclusive classroom environment, and help students develop strong communication and language skills. Your responsibilities will include:

* Planning and delivering high-quality English lessons that align with curriculum standards.

* Utilizing innovative teaching methods and materials to engage students and enhance their language proficiency.

* Assessing and evaluating student performance, providing constructive feedback, and tracking progress.

* Collaborating with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum improvements.

* Maintaining accurate records of student attendance and grades.

* Fostering a respectful and inclusive classroom atmosphere that promotes a love of learning.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Education, English.

* Teaching certification QTS.

* Proven experience in teaching English to students of various age groups.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.

* A passion for education and a dedication to helping students succeed.
