I currently have an exciting opportunity for a Site Manager to join a team delivering EWI and eco works on a £20m contract throughout Wolverhampton.

Your main duties will be assisting in the management of sub-contractors on site, carrying out surveys to properties, H&S checks, collating property information for each project and generally assisting your site manager with delivering the project.

Requirements (Skills & Qualifications):

SMSTS / SSSTS, First Aid, Asbestos Awareness
Experience working on a planned maintenance project as an assistant site manager / supervisor
EWI or external refurbishment experience
IT Literate
Up to date relevant knowledge of building legislation
Up to date relevant knowledge of Health and Safety legislation
