Monday to Friday (will consider part time applicants – ideally willing to work 4 days a week)

We are currently recruiting for an Occupational Health Advisor to join our Coupar Angus site.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Occupational Health professional to undertake a role at our Coupar-Angus site.

This is an ideal role for someone looking to step into a fast-paced environment, where no two days are ever the same. As Occupational Health Advisor you will provide an effective and efficient care service to the 2 Sisters Employees, this involves the full OH remit including absence management and referrals, rehabilitation, health surveillance including new starter medicals, audiometry, Fork Lift Truck fitness for work, lung function tests, employee wellbeing initiative etc.

You will work closely with the H&S /HR Team and various Managers whilst you help support them in monitoring and managing sickness, accident investigations and much more.

You will have the opportunity to truly own the health initiatives ran at this site and long-term projects. Alongside this you'll be part of a wider team where each site has it's own occupational health advisor so you can collaborate and share new ideas.

* Experience of working in an Occupational Health role (preferred)

* Registered General Nurse

* OH qualification is desirable but not essential.

* Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with a variety of internal stakeholders.

* Able to efficiently manage your time.

* Great organisational skills for site compliance

* Able to motivate others.

* Decisive and very concise within reports and information provided.
