Our client are one of the largest insurance houses in Europe and are looking to expand their customer service team within home and motor insurance.
You will be responsible for taking incoming calls from customers who want to inform you of a house or motor insurance claim and you'll manage that claim, with the customer, through to completion.

The hours for your 4 week training will be Monday - Friday 9am-5pm and then once you're trained you'll work 5 days out of 7 (will be some weekends with days off in the week) and it's an 8 hour shift between the hours of 7am-9pm. You will be working a 35 hour week!
This will will see you working from home 3 days a week once your training is complete, however, you MUST live near Redhill as you'll be in the office twice a week! You must have good IT skills, have clearly spoken English and be happy to work from home
