Senior Support Worker / Team Leader
We are looking for passionate Senior Support Workers and Team Leaders who personally want to make a difference to the lives of clients with learning disabilities in supported living and residential services in the West Midlands.
As a Senior Support Worker / Team Leader you will deliver a high standard of care at all times. You recognize that the role is to help support service users maximize their choices, rights and decisions.
We have a mixture of packages in terms of shift pattern to accommodate the right candidate.
A successful Senior Support Worker must have;
* NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care (essential)
* Experience of working with adults with learning disabilities (essential)
* Good written and verbal communication skills
* Hold a full driving license (preferred but not essential)
A successful Team Leader must have;
* NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or working towards (essential)
* Team Leader experience (essential)
* Experience of working with adults with learning disabilities (essential)
* On call responsabilities
* Must be able to do a sleep at least once a week
* Good written and verbal communication skills
* Hold a full driving license (preferred but not essential)
