A leading manufacturing business in the central belt is looking for a Supply Chain Manager to lead supply chain operations and optimise the efficiency and effectiveness of manufacturing processes. As a supply chain leader, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth flow of materials, production, and distribution to meet customer demands while maximising cost savings.

Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement strategic supply chain plans to support production and operational goals.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast demand, plan production schedules, and manage inventory levels.

* Oversee supplier relationships, negotiations, and performance evaluations to ensure reliable and timely deliveries of materials.

* Monitor production processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

* Proven experience in supply chain management within a manufacturing environment.

* Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, materials management, and inventory control.

* Proficiency in supply chain software and ERP systems.

* Excellent leadership and team management skills.

* Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate across departments and with suppliers.
