My client is a awarding Estate Agency based in Nottingham with  a reputation for professionalism, integrity, and outstanding customer service, they are looking for a Senior Lettings Negotiator to join there dynamic team.
 
Job Description:
They seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Lettings Negotiator to join the team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties, negotiating and securing tenancies, and providing outstanding customer service to both landlords and tenants.
 
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and expand a portfolio of rental properties.
Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information to potential tenants.
Negotiate rental agreements and ensure all legal requirements are met.
Liaise between landlords and tenants to resolve issues and ensure smooth transactions.
Stay up-to-date with market trends and property values in the local area.
Provide excellent customer service, building strong relationships with clients.
Prepare and complete all necessary paperwork and documentation accurately and efficiently.
Work closely with other team members to achieve team and company goals. Requirements:

Proven experience as a Lettings Negotiator in the property industry.
Strong knowledge of the local property market and relevant legislation.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Proficient in relevant software applications.
ARLA Property mark qualification or equivalent (desirable but not essential). Benefits
* Base salary £21k-£25k depending on experience
