Letting Manager  -Welling  - CIRCA £22 K Base up to £3 K Car allowance OTE £40 k 
 
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Lettings professional to join this successful and growing independent Estate Agent in the Welling area.
 
As a Letting Manager, you will be responsible for running the letting team driving the letting business and growing the portfolio.

The Role 
.To Oversee the day to day operations of the Letting Business.
. Build and maintain relationships with Landlords 
. Ensure all property are marketed efficiently 
. Conduct valuations and generate new business, negotiate tenancy terms and agree rents
. Ensure all lettings compliance  is adhered to
 
Requirements
. Experience as senior letting Negotiator 
. Track record in achieving generating new business and growing market share 
. Strong knowledge in lettings legislation and compliance 
. Customer-focused with a passion to succeed.
