The role
As an Executive Assistant, you'll have a role that's out of the ordinary. You'll make a real impact, by having a view of the business as a whole and how things interconnect. Capable of staying calm in the face of pressure, keeping executive operations running smooth and efficient. This role is for someone for whom collaboration and working in partnership comes naturally.

Day to day, you'll coordinate complex schedules, understand key priorities whilst effectively managing the flow of information for your director, as well as:

Organise and execute multiple projects at once, by building strong and influential relationships with key stakeholders, across the business, to help deliver our strategic goals.
Champion sustainable administration processes, coordinate internal and external resources to expedite workflow, whilst acting as an advocate for your business area
Plan and execute relevant internal communications and events for your business stream.
Give support to the executive team as directed to ensure that objectives are accomplished.This role is full-time, 37-hours per week and will be based at our Ashton House site with hybrid working from home arrangements.

Essential experience of the Executive Assistant:

Demonstratable experience in an Executive Assistant or senior support role, reporting directly to leadership management.
Experience of coordinating complex schedules: including extensive travel arrangement, expenses processing, and calendar management, as well as the creation and management of content and flow of information for leadership management
Demonstrated ability of organising and executing multiple projects at once with exceptional budget and time-management skills
Ability of delegating work and taking accountability on behalf of leadership when required.
Qualifications for the Executive Assistant:

Higher education or equivalent experience in industryThe successful candidate must be able to achieve SC security clearance for this role.
