We are partnered with a dynamic and award winning insurance company who have an exciting opportunity available for a Customer Service Trained Claims Handler to join their fast-paced claims division.
This position would suit someone with a few years contact centre experience, or of course somebody from a motor claims background.
What you will be doing:
• Be the first point of contact at the time of notification of loss
• Assist in thorough indemnity investigations on all cases
• Work closely with the in-house Claims Adjusters to guarantee a fair settlement with the policyholder
• Ensure that all validated claims are processed within the agreed SLAs
• Provide excellent customer service level expectations, taking ownership of all inbound communication
• Show attention to detail in the handling of insurance claims and provide chronological notes for the customer
• Provide effective communication to Policyholder of all claim decisions and progression of insurance claims
• Maintain effective diary management to reduce settlement time
What we’re looking for:

• Strong customer service skills
• Motivated self-starter
• Confident and persuasive communicator
• PC literate with excellent administration and processing skills
• Relevant experience in Customer Service
• GCSE Mathematics and English Grade C (or higher)
