With a rich history and commitment to delivering high-quality products, they have recently undergone investment to enhance our facilities and operations. As they embark on this exciting journey of growth, they are seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join the team.

Position Overview:

As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will oversee the department manufacturing processes and contribute to the continued success of the company. The ideal candidate will have a passion for improving quality, enhancing performance, fostering employee engagement, and cultivating a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate Warehouse activities, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met.
Implement and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall warehousing processes.
Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous learning among warehouse staff.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, food safety standards, and company policies.
Train and develop warehouse staff to enhance their skills and performance.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in a supervisory role within the food manufacturing industry.
Strong understanding of warehouse processes, quality control, and safety protocols.
Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies and a track record of implementing process enhancements.
Familiarity with HACCP, GMP, and other relevant food safety standards.
Ability to analyse data, identify trends, and implement data-driven solutions.
