They are seeking a passionate and dedicated Special Educational Needs Teaching to work closely with Special Educational Needs (SEN) students, supporting their individual learning needs and assisting the class teacher in creating an inclusive and nurturing learning environment.

Responsibilities:

Assisting in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) to support students' learning and development.

Providing one-on-one support to students, ensuring they receive the tailored assistance they require.

Collaborating with teachers and parents to create a supportive learning environment that meets the unique needs of each student.

Assisting in the creation and implementation of educational resources to support diverse learning styles.

Requirements:

* Passion for working with children and supporting their educational journey.

* Experience in working with children with special educational needs is advantageous but not essential.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* A patient, empathetic, and nurturing approach to working with children.
