Are you a passionate Nursing Home Manager, motivated, driven and with a proven track record of clinical care? then this could be the opportunity you're looking for.
Based on the beautiful South Wales Coast we have a Home Manager opportunity working with a well-known care provider,

This home is a medium sized service based around Elderly Care & Physical Disabilities, due to the nature of this role applicants will be required to have an active RGN qualification and also experience working as a Home Manager is essential.

Requirements
At least 1 years' experience as a Home Manager
Passion for Elderly care
Home Management or Regional Management experience
Nursing pin (RGN Essential)
CIW and safeguarding knowledge
Local authority relationships
Qualifications Required
RGN Qualification
Level 4 - 5 in Health & Social Care (not essential)

Interview Process
The interview process will be a two-stage format.
1st stage video call with the regional direct & HR Manager
2nd stage video call with the Operations Director
