An exceptionally organised and focused coordinator is sought to work alongside a Senior member of a sales team.
You’ll be an experienced administrator, able to forward plan and think ahead on future activities, planning and ensuring that deadlines are met.
Evidence of your confidence and proven abilities to juggle multiple tasks is a must, alongside re-prioritising workloads in line with the changing demands of the sales activities, that arise on an hourly/daily basis.
You’ll be liaising with clients on a daily basis as well, so you’ll be happy discussing matters over the phone, as well as follow up and confirmation emails.
